I just came across this website while searching for obituaries for my father, Henry Howell Lewis. We are descended from Col. Fielding Lewis and Betty Washington. I am currently working on a scrapbook of our family tree from Robert Lewis' time to the current generation. This web site looks to have some info that I didn't know about.
I was at a wedding at Warner Hall last year and it was amazing to see all the gravesites of the people whose names I recognized from our family tree.

Can someone comment on the possibility that Major John Lewis (1635-1690) and his wife Isabella Miller had a daughter Mildred Elizabeth Lewis (b. 1676) who married Abraham Venable? |

Does anyone have information on Patience Lewis, b: 1682, daughter of John Major Lewis and Isabella (daughter of Augustine Warner?)? I recently found my G-grandmother, Hattie Victoria Harrelson, on someone else's tree at Ancestry.com which led me to Patience's marriage to Paul Harrelson.
